Principle focus for the month of May -- Love!

  • CALLING ALL LEADERS!! 
    • The 1st installment of our Leadership Development Series will be:  Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
    • The 2nd installment of our Leadership Development Series will be:  Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
    • The 3rd installment of our Leadership Development Series will be:  Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
    • The 4th installment of our Leadership Development Series will be:  Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
  • All Leaders are REQUIRED to attend ALL sessions.

  •  A new ministry for singles and couples called "The Power of One" will have its planning meeting during the month of January!  This ministry will seek to build healthy relationships with God, Self, and Others.  It will seek to build our human relationship skills from a Christian foundation through workshops, seminars, outings, and retreats.  We will learn the importance of taking care of one self throughout this ministry!  Please stay tuned for details.
  • In an effort to connect our members and friends with the 'happenings' at St. James, we are going for an email ministry! This ministry will send you weekly reminders, notes, news, and even devotionals to strengthen our commitment to excellence!  We would be elated if you would decide to share this experience with us by keeping this email locked in your records.  We solicit your prayers and patience as we continue to develop the web ministry at St. James.  Our goals is to ensure this ministry serves as an effective vehicle of inspiration, communication and education.
  • St. James is here to serve you! It is the hope of the St. James administrative staff that we give you the best God has to offer. We welcome your feedback about your experiences with us and how we can enhance the quality of those experiences.
  • The vision of St. James must be shared by all those who contribute to and partake of her legacy of becoming a Christian community of Excellence.  So please leave your email addresses with the ushers after church for the email ministry.
  • There will be a Golden Agers ministry planning meeting this month! Please all persons at least 60 years of age come out for great fellowship and ministry!

All information to be included in our weekly bulletin must be submitted to the church Secretary no later than Wednesday of that week.
